Beef fillet encased in puff pastry with a smooth pork liver pate and mushrooms. May come fresh or frozen depending on availability.

Cooking tips

Pre heat your oven to 200 or gas mark 6
Remove plastic from the bottom
Egg wash the top of the pastry (optional)
Place on a greased baking tray ( heat the tray first and it helps prevent a soggy bottom)
Cook for roughly 30 mins until the pastry is golden brown.
Rest for 5 mins and serve.
