Free Range Boneless Pork Leg Roasting Joint Rind On
From our Orchard Farm pigs.
Leg is a wonderful roasting joint, it yields large slices which are always flavoursome and tender. it also produces brilliant crackling.

Take out of fridge 1 hours before cooking.
Pat rind dry and season with salt and pepper.
Roast at 200 for 20 minutes, turn down to 180 to finish the cook.
Cook for 25 minutes per 450g.
