Cooking tips

Take out the fridge at least 10 minutes before cooking. <br>
Pat the liver dry with some kitchen roll. <br>
Heat your pan to a high heat, add a little oil/fat and gently fry the liver for 2-3 minutes per side. (adding bacon is a great option.) <br>
To finish season with salt and pepper then add a knob of butter and take off the heat. <br>
Let the liver rest in the melted butter for a few minutes then serve.<br>
