Shoulder is a great cut either for roasts or slow cooked for pulled pork.
The natural fat marbling creates an incredibly soft and succulent meat.

Cook in a pot/slow cooker with plenty of liquid for 4+ hours on high or 8+ hours on low.
Roast in the oven at 200 for 20 minutes, turn the oven down to 140 and cook until soft and cooked through.
