Our Tomahawk steak comes from our Surrey Beef cattle. This cut of Ribeye is hung on the bone for 21+ days before arriving to us. We then dry age it in house for a further 2 weeks to really intensify the flavour and give you an incredible steak. 600g+

Cooking tips

lightly seasoned to preference
Sear on high heat pan for 4-5 minutes per side
then in the oven with knob of butter on 180 for 10 to 15 mins dependent on preference
